How sad is that? One positive point is that in California, you can get confidential HIV tests and a pregnancy test without parental concent. I know immediately that some countries forced teens who had sex to him from their parents or likely to die of AIDS. It’s really sad that the parents then want to control their children in areas they can not, and thus risk the lives of their children.
